إذا رغبت في استبدال أو إرجاع منتج، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد استلام الطلب، مع إرسال رقم الطلب وتفاصيل المنتج وسبب الطلب.
If you would like to request an exchange or return, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide your order number, product details and the reason for the request.
Product Condition | حالة المنتج
يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وغير مغسول، وغير متضرر، وأن تكون جميع الملصقات والتغليف الأصلي موجودة متى كان ذلك ممكنًا.
Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Refunds | استرداد المبالغ

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed of the status of your return. Approved refunds will be processed using the appropriate method based on the original payment method and payment provider policies.
